About Donde Adela Colombian Restaurant
There are flavors, smells and experiences that remind us of our childhood years and the warmth of home. In 2004 a friend invited me to help her prepare some empanadas for a group of guests. Everyone was delighted with the seasoning and several people motivated me to also prepare a tray or a good sancocho, yearning with nostalgia for the taste of my grandmother. What began as a way of sharing at home and pleasing a few friends has become a dream come true, WHERE ADELA, more than a restaurant, a place to experience the warmth of home and enjoy the flavor of what is ours.
We trust that with God's help, this family business, founded on daily effort and honest service, can meet the expectations of a unique experience, in an atmosphere of friendship and the warmth of home.
