In 2004 a friend invited me to help her prepare some empanadas for a group of guests. Everyone was delighted with the seasoning and several people motivated me to also prepare a tray or a good sancocho, yearning with nostalgia for the taste of my grandmother. What began as a way of sharing at home and pleasing a few friends has become a dream come true, WHERE ADELA, more than a restaurant, a place to experience the warmth of home and enjoy the flavor of what is ours.
