Dr. Holmes Moreno has been a practicing chiropractor since 1988 and has been practicing in Monterey Park, California, at Holmes Chiropractic since 1989. She has been a past president of California Chiropractic Association’s LA Southeast District. She is a Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME), Certified Medical Examiner DOT, Qualified Medical Evaluator for injured workers, and a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP).
Dr. Holmes Moreno graduated Magna Cum laude in 1988 from Pasadena College of Chiropractic, a second-generation female chiropractor. Her mother was a chiropractor, and her dad was a minister. She grew up in Texas riding horses and moved to California at the age of 10. She lived in Mexico for a year when she was 12 and learned how to speak fluent Spanish.
