About SoCal Paddle Yoga
SoCalPaddleYoga is a floating yoga and fitness studio in Southern California. We offer a unique space for you to combine yoga and fitness on a paddle board in nature with water and the SoCal sun in Newport Back Bay, Dana Point Harbor and Lake Mission Viejo. Our classes are designed to meet any level of fitness from beginners to more experienced paddlers as well as first time yogis or regular practitioners. You don't need to be an athlete, surfer, or yogi to stand up on water. The only prerequisite is that you can swim. We have regularly scheduled classes and private lessons by appointment. We are happy to cater to Private Parties as well, such as corporate team building events, birthday parties, graduation parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and other special events.
