In our experience, individuals participating in regular exercise can improve and defy these expectations. We all need the right surroundings to thrive and reach our full potential and that is why we created Rogue. We provide an environment that includes education, improved health and fitness through exercise, hope, inspiration and support. Parkinson's research indicates that intense, frequent exercise over the course of a few months is necessary to see improvements. Through this very approach we have helped people with Parkinson's improve their physical abilities and make progress towards their goals.
