Cajun cuisine is a style of cooking that was mostly developed in what is now, New Orleans, Louisiana. Back in the day, pirates from around the globe walked the streets of New Orleans bringing with them goods for trade, as well as a rich medley of culture and custom which transformed the city into one of the world’s most unique melting pots.
Known for its robustness & heat, Pirate’s Kitchen serves food influenced by the essence of Cajun cooking, as well as offering our very own local melting pot of options on our menu.
