Starting from Self-defense, which can help you be prepared for any situation life brings, Self-confidence, which stems through knowing how to handle any situation, and also Humility.
Neezam was established in 2020, by the 2018 & 19’ IBJJF World Masters Champion, @Saeed_Dunkaev. Saeed’s belief and devotion to mastering ‘neezam’ has helped him beat the odds and rise to the point where he is now.
