About Lusy’s Mediterranean Cafe and Grill
We opened the doors to Lusy’s in Valley Glen in 2006. (“We” being “us” – chef Lusy Gradzhyan and husband Avedis Koshkaryan.) Since that time, Lusy’s has attracted a loyal clientele – patrons and who love good food at affordable prices.
We warmly invite you to come on by and enjoy a delicious meal or snack that’s kind to our animal friends, easy on the planet and good for the body you live in.
Lusy’s uses no pre-made sauces, packaged foods or no canned ingredients. Her recipes are straight from Lusy’s family. Chef Lusy either personally prepares or supervises the seasonings. The food is made fresh daily. Grilling of vegetables and meat is done on special flat-edge skewers over open flame. Hummus, salad dressing and marinades are created from scratch.
