Ji is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and since graduating has worked as a Pastry Chef in some of the most prestigious and glorious hotels in America. She was the Wedding Cake Specialist at such esteemed properties as The Ritz-Carlton in Florida and California. She also worked at the Four-Season Hotel in Newport Beach, The Pacific Palms Conference Resort, The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel and eventually found herself blending her culinary passion with her passion for education
