At Jeff Speakman’s Kenpo 5.0, we build strong and resilient athletes through our training philosophy, “Always give your 100%.” Our gym is rooted in working through your mistakes to improve yourself regardless of how unenjoyable it may seem. In order to progress in Kenpo, there are fundamental techniques you must master. Martial arts classes will give students resilience that is applicable to education, work, and life. Our Anaheim Kenpo school values the journey of training just as much as the results that come from it. Our philosophies are reflected in the belt stripes that students earn – they represent grades and at home behavior along with what’s learned on the mat. We monitor conduct closely to ensure that our students are virtuous and display discipline outside our academy. The structure and methods we use will build strong character, accountability, and determination outside of a martial arts setting.
