About Get Fit With Raye
Hey guys my name is Raye, I love the beach and physical fitness. I have a passion for sharing my love of working out with others, in hope to get them on the same page as well. About 2 years ago I started my fitness journey, during a time where instead of going to the gym after work, I would tend to open a bottle of wine ... or two... oh and thought carbs and sugar were the absolute devil. I knew that the lifestyle I was living was probably not the best for me and when it got to a point where I was a size 2 and could barely lift 40lbs I knew something had to change.
At first, I was nervous and didn't know what I was doing in the gym. Cardio machines and hiding in the corner with a pair of dumbbells was pretty much my go to every time (which there is nothing wrong with that depending on your goals), but my goal was to get strong and have defined muscles. With that being my goal, I knew I would have to call in for some professional assistance.
