About Esteem Pilates
Aileen Wooyang Shin is the owner of Esteem Pilates Corp.
At Esteem Pilates she ensures quality instruction for her studio members. Her own personal back injury led her to Pilates.
She found Pilates as a way to rehabilitate her injury. Realizing the amazing benefits to her body, she began her Pilates journey studying under the renowned Rael Isacowitz of BASI Pilates.
She earned her Pilates certification through the BASI Graduate/Mentor Programs and training at Balanced Body. Through her practice with Pilates and different forms of movement, Aileen fell in love for the Aerial arts. She earned her Aerial Pilates certification from Jennifer Van Deausen of Pegasus Aerial Pilates.
She is an avid aerialist who wants to share her passion for the Aerial arts. This led her to open her own aerial hammock studio at Esteem Pilates, one of the largest in Orange County.
