Looking for great Healthy fabulous food? Da Rae Korean BBQ specializes in healthy traditional Korean cuisine. We wash all of our very fresh vegetables in flour water to remove all chemicals and protect your health. We are using alkaline water for making Korean gourmet food. We proudly specialize in Korean BBQ, Soft Tofu soup and Bowl Bibimbap and Clay pot Bibimbap. There are around 7-10 side dishes come together with your main dishes. The Soup (Guk) is made by simmering vegetables, fish or meat with seasoning in a generous amount of water until the broth is infused with the flavors of the ingredients. Thus, Korean soup is enjoyed for the flavor of the broth. The Korean Stew (Tang) is thick savory soup. The Kimchi is one of the best Korea side dishes. Kimchi is flavorful and rich in vitamins and minerals. It also contains a number of lactic acid bacteria which helps fight cancer growth and obesity, promotes a youthful complexion, and boosts the body's immune system.
