Chop Bar was originally imagined and created as an all purpose neighborhood gathering place. Over the years, as we’ve deepened our knowledge of and connections with our growers, ranchers, distillers, brewers and winemakers, we have evolved into the East Bay’s favorite venue for sampling the best of Northern California.
Utilizing whole animals, keeping a short supply chain, and seeking out direct relationships with our food and beverage producers, has enabled us to offer the best and most typical products of our local terroir, simply prepared, at approachable prices.
