About Ceviche Craft
Ceviche Craft is a one-of-a-kind Latin fusion seafood eatery where you can build your own delicious and healthy ceviche bowls and hot seafood plates. Our unique ceviche bar features a delicious assortment of fresh seafood and vegan options, a mouth-watering variety of Latin-inspired sauces, and a medley of ripe seasonal toppings. We also have a variety of delicious hot and sauteed seafood options, such as the hot seafood bowl, seafood quesadilla, tacos, and our incredible tuna or clam chowders, to name a few. Vegans can also build their own vegan dishes. Our artisanal Jalisco-style baked tostadas are sure to put a crunch on your day. Quench your thirst with a tasty agua fresca or one of our flavorful craft micheladas.
We currently have two locations, one in Del Mar and the other one in Chula Vista, both located in San Diego County. Our restaurant has the we have been in business since 2019, and we hope to continue our journey for many more years.
