The creation of Calo Kitchen + Tequila was inspired by Clemente’s never-ending passion for fantastic food and service. This passion and inspiration comes from his grandparents who opened their first restaurant in 1962. Clemente grew up in a family of restauranters and his passion developed in creating a restaurant that would resemble his favorite place to eat. A place that was elegant yet fun and relaxed. A place that everyone could enjoy no matter their background.
Inspired by the kitchens of Mexico and sourced from local ingredients, our food and drinks are as memorable as the people who serve them. We specialize in small batch hand-made sipping tequilas made the old fashioned way.
