About Cai Jiu-Jitsu Academy
Cai Jiu-Jitsu Academy was created to promote a safe and healthy environment where people regardless of age, size, and gender could practice the world's safest and most effective martial art, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. We believe in promoting good health and a strong mind. As the two are linked, one cannot focus solely on one while neglecting the other. We train the body through cardio, lifting weights, etc. We strengthen the mind by exposing it to adversity such as studying, playing instruments, and other difficult things. At Cai Jiu-Jitsu Academy, we've designed our programs to simultaneously train the mind and body by exposing them to vigorous physical and mental adversity.
