B Body Fitness provides a mix between strength and cardio training. We utilizing what we call, The B Body Method! This method is a combination of STRENGTH and BURN (a.k.a, cardio) movements. We do these movements in routines called circuits and supersets BUT everyday is a new challenge and NEVER the same. During each session we optimize burning the most fat possible while building strength at the same time. It's truly the best of both worlds; maximizing strength while melting the fat away. The workouts are extremely fun, motivating and challenging for all fitness levels. Our expertise is in fitness and fat loss. While we provide quality workouts with exceptional coaches, we believe that nutrition is the key to reach personal fitness and fat loss goals. Each member is provided with a B Body Blueprint to help them achieve their fitness goals.
