Aaron’s journey in the fitness industry didn’t start out like most people. Ten years ago Aaron found himself very overweight, negative, and had no clue what direction he wanted to go in life . Being inspired by his older brother to get into fitness and get healthy was just what Aaron needed. In 2001 Aaron began his journey towards a happier healthier life as he began to explore fitness and started on a path to get his health back .
Aarons passion and desire to help others burns brighter ten years later than when he first started his journey in the health and fitness industry . We implement a very strategic flexibility program at the Anderson Fitness Institute to ensure you are pain free and can function optimally to enjoy life.
