My first visit to ISM was for an oil change special. They also checked my vehicle for any issues. So a couple of months later I take in my car for new tires, wheel alignment. Got a call from Gelina asking if I'd hit a pothole or been rear ended. My back wheels couldn't be aligned. She explained about shims that we're needed. I gave the go ahead. Meanwhile I'm googling shims and what the usual costs for labor are. Okay, all is good. I've had bad experiences with other garages taking advantage. Not so with ISM. They're on the level and do great work. Extra points for a real office, Gelina and having my car washed after it's serviced. ISM has earned my trust and I'll bring my car back to them when needed
